Yes, each week the weekly winner's card is revealed. As more cards are overturned the odds increase of the Ace of Spades being selected to win the progressive jackpot.
Card selection only occurs after a player wins the weekly draw. Each week, one ticket number is randomly drawn to determine the weekly winner. The weekly winner is then contacted and asked to select a card from the remaining unrevealed cards.
If a card has not yet been revealed, it may be selected by more than one weekly winner over the course of the raffle. Once a card is revealed, it is removed from play and is no longer available for selection in future draws.

Absolutely correct! If we get to week 52 and the Ace of Spades is the only card left that has not been overturned, then the winner of that weekly draw will also win the progressive jackpot!
